Leicester City are set to make Napoli an offer for Swiss midfielder Gokhan Inler.
As new Partenopei coach Maurizio Sarri continues to overhaul his squad, the 31-year-old has been deemed surplus to requirement.
Sky Sport Italia have stated that the Premier League outfit have made an offer of €4 million plus bonuses worth an additional €2 million, for the box-to-box midfielder.
The Foxes have also offered a contract that would see Inler earn significantly more than he currently makes at Napoli.
Should the industrious midfielder join the ranks of [coach] Claudio Ranieri’s Blue Army, Napoli are expected to turn their attention to versatile Hellas Verona midfielder, Jacopo Sala.
The Swiss international has made 248 appearances in Serie A since joining Udinese in 2007, before moving to the Stadio San Paolo in 2011.
