According to Spanish sports newspaper AS, Malaga are willing to take the Moroccan international on loan for the current season as they also have a good record of developing young players.
Mastour has been billed as one of the brightest young players in Italy when he was signed by the Rossoneri in 2012 for a fee of €500,000 when he was just 14 years old.
The Milan youngster has yet to play for the Milan first team but made 5 appearances for the Italian U-16 national scoring 1 goal before switching international allegiance to Morocco
