jacopo sala veronaNapoli will move for Hellas Verona full-back Jacopo Sala if they can’t sign Sassuolo’s Sime Vrsaljko.

The Partenopei have been linked with Vrsaljko for some time now but have found negotiations with the Neroverdi extremely difficult.

According to Premium Sport, Napoli are also interested in Sala due to Sassuolo being completely unwilling to sell Vrsaljko for a reasonable fee.

Hellas Verona, meanwhile, would consider selling Sala, a former Chelsea youth player, for around €7 million.

Sala started his career at Atalanta before being signed by the London side at the age of 15.

Since then he has played for German side Hamburger SV and made 16 Serie A starts last season for Verona, scoring two goals and creating two assists.
