Roma signing Lucas Digne is delighted to be reunited with former coach Rudi Garcia
The Giallorossi signed the Frenchman on loan from Paris Saint-Germain for the season for a fee of €2.5 million with the option to make the move permanent at the end of the spell, and Digne is happy to be back working with Garcia after their time together at Lille
“Rudi Garcia is a coach who has done so well in his career, and it is a pleasure to be coached by someone like him,” the 22-year-old told the press after being unveiled as a Roma player.
“I’m ready to play against Juventus at the weekend but the coach will decide who plays but I am ready.
“We hope to do well against the reigning champions in what is our first game at home this season.
“Roma are a great club with a great project, it’s a great challenge and I am happy to be here.”
