The Bianconeri are looking for a left back with Patrice Evra the only recognise left sided defender at the club and it now appears Juventus have secured a deal for the Brazilian.
As reported by Sky Sport Italia, Sandro is in Turin in order to complete a move.
The Porto defender will have a medical before signing a contract with the Italian champions.
The 24-year-old impressed last season for the Dragoes making nine appearances in the Champions League.
Sandro is already a Brazilian international with six caps to his name and he won an Olympic silver medal during the 2012 games in London.
He moved to Europe from Santos in 2011.
