Roma are hoping to complete a deal for Brescia starlet Ismail H’Maidat by the end of the week.
The 20-year-old Dutch attacking midfielder broke into the Brescia first-team last term, and established himself as a key member by the end of the season, despite the team getting relegated.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, a meeting has been scheduled by the directors of Roma and Brescia on Wednesday to discuss a move to the capital for the youngster.
The Giallorossi hope to complete a €2 million deal for the talented midfielder, and will want to wrap it up quickly as other teams continue to loiter around the player.
H’Maidat made 29 appearances for Brescia last term, and netted one goal.
