Roma are on the verge of completing two new signings in midfielder Willian Vainqueur from Dynamo Moscow and Newell’s Old Boys forward Ezequiel Ponce.
The Giallorossi are currently very active in the transfer market trying to complete their squad before the transfer window slams shut on Monday.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Vainqueur arrived in Rome on Saturday afternoon to complete his transfer, while Ponce is expected to arrive on Saturday evening.
The French midfielder is thought to be joining Roma for around €3 million from the Russian Premier League side, after just one season in the Russian Capital.
The arrival of Ponce, an 18-year-old Argentinian, was announced in December of 2014, but the player has only received clearance to move to Rome this summer.
He has five goals in 24 appearances for La Lepra.
