Schalke defender Thilo Kehrer has reportedly agreed a four year deal with Serie A side Inter.
The Nerazzurri have been linked with the player for some time and it now seems the Schalke U-19 captain has signed a contract with the Italian club after he failed to turn up for training with the Bundesliga side.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report Kehrer has already agreed to join Inter on a four year contract and has been training alone in Stuttgart waiting for an agreement to be reached between the two clubs.
According to German newspaper Bild, the Schalke defender failed to report back for training after playing at the European Under-19 Championship.
Kehrer has represnted Germany at various youth team levels and is now for his versatility across the back line.
