Schalke winger Julian Draxler is on the brink of joining Juventus.
The German international has been linked with a move to the Bianconeri all summer but the transfer saga appears to be finally coming to an end just before the summer transfer window closes on Monday night.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the 21-year-old is very close to becoming a member of Massimiliano Allegri’s squad with a deal expected to be finalised before Monday.
La Vecchia Signora are reportedly offering the German club €25 million for his services, along with an extra €7 million in bonuses.
Schalke had been expected to hold out for a higher transfer fee before letting Draxler leave, but they are now expected to accept that offer.
Draxler joined the club in 2011 and has scored 30 goals in 170 games for the club.
