Erick Thohir InterInter president Erick Thohir has confirmed the club will be busy in the final days of the transfer window, with players joining and leaving the club.

The Nerazzurri have completely overhauled their squad this summer in the hope of bringing back Champions League football and league titles to the Stadio Meazza.

Speaking to MNSports, an Indonesian broadcaster, Thohir said: “I hope for an attacking midfielder and a winger to complete the squad available to coach Roberto Mancini.

“We know of several options. In midfield we’re good, but perhaps we still need a winger.

“Departures? We have to obey a rule that allows us only 25 players in the squad, so like it or not, those who are not needed by Mancini must go.

“At this time we have 27-28 players. The balance sheets? It will all be transparent, we have nothing to hide.”

The Indonesian was also pleased with clubs ability to draw fans and supporters from all around the globe.

“The warmth of our fans in Indonesia, as in the rest of the world, is incredible: 9000 subscribers to Inter Club Indonesia.

“It is fantastic to see more than 2,000 fans attend the rally organised to meet with [former Inter star] Youri Djorkaeff”
