Juventus slumped to yet another pre-season defeat on Saturday afternoon after losing 2-0 to Marseille, though it took a rather amazing goal to break the deadlock.
The Bianconeri held tight right up until the 41st minute, when winger Romain Alessandrini curled in a wonder goal from outside the box, stunning goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.
While no one apart from Alessandrini himself quite knows whether it was an intended shot, it’s definitely among one of the best goals so far this pre-season, in contention with a stunning free-kick from Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez and Philippe Mexes’ volley in a friendly with Inter.
