Ivan Perisic is set to complete a switch to Inter.
The Croatian international has been heavily linked with a move to the Nerazzurri throughout the summer and his agent confirmed that they are set to steal him from Wolfsburg and complete the deal on Saturday.
“We reached an agreement in the middle of the night, and [Saturday] morning he will be in Milan to complete a medical and sign a five-year contract,” said agent Tonci Martic to passioneinter.com.
The 26-year-old joined Wolfsburg in 2013 from German rivals Borussia Dortmund and has won the DFB-Pokal and the DFL-Supercup since, scoring 21 goals in 88 games during his two seasons with the Volkswagen Arena club.
The player also posted a photo onto Instagram of himself aboard a plane as he travels to Milan to complete his medical and put pen to paper.
