New AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca says he is adapting well to life in Milan.

The Colombian forward made a €30 million move from La Liga outfit Sevilla to the Stadio Guiseppe Meazza club in July, and found the net on his home debut during the Rossoneri’s 2-1 victory against Empoli on the 29 August.

“I arrived in Milan and found a great group of teammates,” Bacca told Eltiempo.com.

“I have adapted well and enjoyed a good pre-season, which really helped.

“Working in Italy is different from in Belgium and Spain, both in the preparation for games and how to face the opposition on the day.

“I want to work hard day after day and help Milan have a great season.”

After the Diavolo’s disappointing 2-0 opening day defeat to Fiorentina, the club returned to winning ways by securing a 2-1 win over Empoli. Sinisa Mihajlovic’s men now face city rivals Inter after the international break on Sunday 13 September with the game having a 20:45 CET kick-off time.
