Adriano Galliani AC MilanAC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has reportedly lashed out at his players after their 1-0 defeat away to Genoa on Sunday, their third loss so far this season.

The Diavolo were unable to finish their chances in a tight match at Genoa, sparking the furious Galliani to confront the team the following two days later at training, alongside coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.

Sky Sport Italia believe that the 71-year-old postponed the team’s training session by an hour on Tuesday morning in order to reprimand them for their recent performances.

Reports state that Galliani questioned the player’s efforts during matches, and also where the €90 million spent in the summer had ‘disappeared’ to.

It is also believed that coach Mihajlovic chipped in, demanding more from the team which he took over just this summer.

Galliani’s ‘wake up call’ to Milan comes just a few days before their big challenge against an in-form Napoli side on Sunday.
