Zlatan Ibrahimovic PSGParis Saint-Germain forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic has discussed AC Milan’s unsuccessful attempt to bring him back to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, while also addressing rumours of his retirement.

The former Inter and Juventus striker was strongly linked with a return to the Rossoneri having won the Ligue 1 championship with Les Parisiens three years running.

“I don’t know about AC Milan,” said Ibrahimovic during the Swedish national team’s press conference.

“As I’ve said before, clubs have to go through my agent, Mino Raiola.

“I am happy in Paris so I decided to stay and I know that Milan were a little desperate”.

The typically outspoken 33-year-old went on to discuss the possibility of his retirement from the game.

“I assure you that when the time comes, you’ll know immediately. The whole world will know and it will be big news.”

Ibrahimovic led Il Diavolo to their last Serie A title in the 2010-11 season and scored 42 goals in 61 appearances during a two-year spell at the club.
