AC Milan next weekend.
The first Milan derby of the season will take place on September 13 and Icardi will be fit after recovering from injury.
According to Il Corriere dell Sport, Icardi will resume full training in the next few days and is on course to play against Milan if all goes to plan.
Icardi was injured during the warm up for Inter’s Serie A opener against Atalanta at home last month.
The 22-year-old was joint Capocannoniere along side Hellas Verona striker Luca Toni, with 22 goals in 36 appearances in Serie A.
