Torino full-back Bruno Peres will reportedly begin contract renewal talks this week.
The Brazilian, who was reportedly subject to a number of bids from Roma during the summer transfer window, enjoyed an impressive first season in Serie A and Il Toro are eager to tie him down to a new deal.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Peres’s agent will fly to Italy this week to begin talks with the Granata. It’s thought Torino are prepared to increase the salary of the former Santos man from €380, 000 to €700,000 per season.
The club would also extend his contract until 2019.
Peres made 34 appearances last season in Serie A scoring three goals and creating three assists. One of those goals was an absolute stunner against Juventus, in the Derby della Mole.
