Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia when the transfer window opens in January.
The 27-year-old Italian international has fallen out of favour at the Nerazzurri and has made just five appearances this season which have all been from the substitutes bench.
According to Mediaset Premium, the Rossoneri have been pursuing the defender’s signature for some time but will finally make an offer of a six month loan deal for the Italian in the January transfer window.
Ranocchia was previously the captain of Inter last season but has struggled to make a name for himself at Roberto Mancini’s side this season with the coach often preferring to deploy Chilean midfielder in central defence ahead of the 27-year-old.
