Allan-NapoliNapoli midfielder Allan confirms that it’s still too early for the Azzurri to think about winning the Scudetto and admits that his main focus is helping the team continue their current hot streak.

The Partenopei have secured huge results in recent weeks, including a 2-1 win over Juventus and a 4-0 victory over AC Milan on October 4, and while the 24-year-old realises that the Neapolitan side is playing very well as of late, he also understands that they must continue to improve if they hope to have a successful campaign.

Allan spoke to Radio Kiss Kiss about the Napoli’s form at the moment and their upcoming clash with Fiorentina on October 18, while also commenting on the club’s chances of winning the Scudetto this season.

“We played a great game against Milan but the campaign is still very long,” said the Brazilian, who has scored three goals and provided two assists in his six Serie A appearances this term thus far.

“Now we’re working very hard for the next match with Fiorentina. The team is playing well and at high levels, but we must not stop.

“The Scudetto? We can’t talk about that yet because there’s still a lot of time left in the season.

“However, it’s obvious that we hope to continue like this because we’re doing great things at the moment.”
