Inter on Sunday instead of drawing 1-1.

Walter Zenga’s side shared the points with Roberto Mancini’s team after Inter winger Ivan Perisic cancelled out Luis Muriel’s goal but Ferrero was convinced that Il Doria dominated the match.

“They made an armed robbery,” Ferrero said to Mediaset Premium.

“Mancini said Inter deserved the win? He says what he wants but today we should have won 11-1.

“Inter were lucky, the Nerazzurri are not better than us. We are the strongest of them all when Sampdoria play well and Zenga gets the most of the boys.”

The Sampdoria president was happy to protect Argentine youngster Joaquin Correa, who had squandered an easy chance to score his first-ever Serie A goal in the first half.

“Correa is a great footballer,” Ferrero continued.

“It is the third game that he has started and if he had put the ball in, we would have been happy. He is a guy with great prospects.

“Now he looks very discouraged because he is a very sensitive guy.”
