Fiorentina‘s great start to the Serie A season.
Fiorentina beat Atalanta 3-0 to go clear at the top of the Serie A table and Valero is keen to do better than in previous years.
“We are enjoying being top of the table, it is stuff of dreams,” Valero told Rai Sport after the Atalanta match.
“It is great to see Fiorentina at the top of the table.
“We will head into the international break in first which is a great achievement.”
Valero then went onto speak about his role in the Fiorentina side.
“I always give my all but I cant be at my best every game,” Valero added.
“On those occasions I still hope to add something to the team and that the team does well.
“I have always said that Fiorentina should be doing better than finishing fourth.
“Hopefully this is the season when we push on and get Champions League football.”
