Roberto Mancini InterInter coach Roberto Mancini was happy to see French winger Jonathan Biabiany complete 90 minutes in his side’s friendly with Swiss club Chiasso despite losing the game 3-1.

The 27-year-old former Parma player was recently out of the game for 11 months when he was discovered to have an irregular heartbeat, but was then given the all-clear prior to signing for the Nerazzurri in the summer and has been working to regain his fitness.

“The important thing is that Biabiany has played 90 minutes,” said the 50-year-old in an interview with Inter Channel.

“Danilo D’Ambrosio also played 90 minutes and Juan Jesus played 70 minutes before he was substituted.

“The important thing is that those who were not playing got game time.”

Inter’s next Serie A game sees them host reigning champions Juventus at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on October 18.
