Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio has begun chasingĀ Benfica youngster Nelson Semedo and Atletico Madrid forward Angel Correa.

Ausilio recently made a scouting trip to Madrid and viewed the Champions League group stage match between Los Colchoneros and the Aguias on Wednesday, in which Benfica cancelled out Angel Correa’s opener with goals from Nicolas Gaitan and Goncalo Guedes for a 2-1 victory.

According to Portuguese newspaper Record, the sporting director is also keen on adding game-winning goalscorer Guedes to bolster the Nerazzurri through the transfer market.

Semedo, also known as Nelsinho, was recently given his first call-upĀ to Portugal’s EURO 2016 qualifying roster.

Atleti’s Correa has managed to notch one goal and an assist in four substitute appearances during his first full season in La Liga before also opening his Champions League account against Benfica.
