Mancini and Vialli included in latest Italian Football Hall of Fame inductees

Roberto mancini gianluca vialli sampdoriaInter coach Roberto Mancini and former SampdoriaJuventus and Chelsea forward Gianluca Vialli are among the latest entries into the Italian Football Hall of Fame.

The two spent eight years as teammates at Samp between 1984 and 1992, where they won the 1990-91 Scudetto, with Vialli ending the season as Capocannoniere on 19 goals.

Along with the former Blucerchiati stars, there are a number of additional inductees.

Ronaldo will be inducted for his exploits as a foreign footballer while Patrizia Panico will receive recognition for her achievements in women’s football.

Marco Tardelli is entering as an Italian veteran, while Corrado Ferlaino, Roberto Rosetti, Giacinto Facchetti, Helenio Herrera and Umberto Agnelli have also had their successes recognise with entrance to the Hall of Fame.
