montolivoAC Milan midfielder and captain Riccardo Montolivo believes that the Rossoneri need to cut out their mistakes if they want to beat Napoli this weekend.

Both teams currently have nine points from six games, however the Partenopei have looked more convincing in recent weeks with wins coming against Lazio and Juventus.

“We are very aware that we must do more,” said Montolivo to Premium Sports.

“Both when we win and when we lose we’re making naive mistakes, and that needs to be resolved. It’s the only way we’ll be able to achieve our goals,”

The Italian international then touched on the match against Napoli. “Napoli? It will be a game played openly by both teams. They are strong upfront but maybe they suffer a bit with their defence.

“The winner will be the team who finds the best balance between attack and defence on the field.”
