Napoli midfielder Allan is pleased with the team’s performance against Fiorentina and has praised the number of fans who came to see the game.
The Partenopei defeated La Viola 2-1 at the Stadio San Paolo on Sunday afternoon in Serie A with goals from Lorenzo Insigne and Gonzalo Higuain cancelling out a Nikola Kalinic effort.
“An unforgettable afternoon,” Allan said through a post on his Instagram page.
“It was great to see the stadium full.”
The victory means Napoli are fourth in the league table, just three points off Fiorentina who top the table.
Their next match is an away assignment in the Europa League against Midtjylland before they travel to Chievo in Serie A on October 25.
