Juventus defender Martin Caceres could be handed a route out of Turin with Turkish giants Fenerbahce set to make a move for the player who has fallen out of favour at the Juventus stadium.

The Uruguayan was suspended by the Bianconeri at the end of September after being involved in an alleged drink driving incident after being reportedly above the legal alcohol limit when he drove his Ferrari into parked cars and a bus shelter in Turin last month.

The 28-year-old has since been reintroduced to the Juventus first-team but the Old Lady are still looking to offload the defender.

According to Turkish news website Kanal Haber, Fenerbahce are interested in a deal for the Uruguayan international and have been tracking the player for some time with the club’s sporting director Giuliano Terraneo failing in a bid to sign the player in the summer transfer window.

Caceres joined Juventus from Sevilla in 2011 on an one-year loan deal before making his switch to Turin permanent the following season.
