Vazquez - Sassuolo v PalermoAC Milan could look to bring in Palermo‘s Franco Vazquez to fill in for their currently injured front line.

Both Jeremy Menez and Mario Balotelli have sustained injuries for the Rossoneri this season and there are doubts over the exact time they will return, with the likelihood being they will not be back in action until some point in the new year.

Should it be a long time before they return, according to Tuttosport, Milan will attempt to sign 26-year-old Vazquez in the January transfer window.

The Argentine-born Italy international’s form of 15 goals and 19 assists overall in 84 games for the Rosanero could provide Milan with the extra attacking flair they need while both Menez and Balotelli are out of action.

There is expected to be some negotiation over the price of Vazquez, though, as the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza side are prepared to offer around €15 million to €18 million, despite Palermo’s president Maurizio Zamparini demanding €30 million.
