AC Milan are believed to interested in adding to their squad in the January transfer window, with Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Axel Witsel top of their list.
Milan have suffered a number of injury blows recently with Mario Balotelli thought to be out for at least three months due to a groin injury, whilst fellow striker Jeremy Menez is also absent with a back injury.
According to Tuttosport, the Rossoneri will look to compensate for Balotelli’s injury by targeting Witsel and also Atalanta’s Alejandro Gomez.
