Icardi - Juventus v InterArsenal are reportedly preparing a January move for Inter star Mauro Icardi.

The 22-year-old has so far failed to recapture the form with which he impressed during the 2014-15 Serie A season, as he finished as joint top scorer with 22 goals.

According to The Independent, Arsenal are ready to make a move for Icardi as the January transfer window swings open.

Arsenal reportedly had a €32 million bid for the forward rejected during the summer window.

Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio had previously declared that the Argentine would hang up on the Premier League side if Arsenal came in with an offer, as the Gunners continue to keep tabs on the player.

Icardi signed a new four-year deal at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza and was made captain during the summer and it has been reported that the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea are also monitoring the player.

The Argentine has scored four times in a total of 11 appearances during the 2015-16 season, as the Nerrazurri stand at the top of the Serie A table.
