6-1 humiliation at Camp Nou, reiterating that it is difficult for any side to face his side on current form.

Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi both netted braces for the La Liga leaders, with Gerard Pique and Adriano adding to the rout, although Edin Dzeko finally netted a late consolation for the Giallorossi.

“We are experiencing our best moment of the season and playing here is always difficult against us,” Enrique told Premium Sport.

“I do not know if this is the best team in Barça’s history, I hear it so many times.

“We just want to do the maximum possible and win more titles.

“For me the greatest satisfaction is knowing I can count on the whole group, and there is no doubt that we’re going to Leverkusen to win the game.”

The Giallorossi now head into the final group match knowing that victory over BATE Borisov would take them through to the Last 16 stage, even if Bayer Leverkusen spring a surprise against the reigning European champions.

Although both sides would finish Group E on eight points should they both win, the Giallorossi will progress due to their head-to-head record against the Germans.
