Paris Saint-Germain striker Ezequiel Lavezzi will reportedly move to Barcelona in January, instead of Inter or Juventus.
The former Napoli star is in his final year of contract at PSG and will not prolong his stay in the French capital.
According to Sport, Barcelona will pay €5 million to PSG to sign Lavezzi in the next transfer window.
The Argentine will apparently earn €5m a season until 2018 at the Camp Nou.
Inter and Juventus were very interested in signing the player on a free transfer next summer, and seemed closed to signing a deal to bring him back to Serie A, but Barcelona were reportedly faster.
Lavezzi has played 12 games so far this season, netting two goals in Ligue 1. He also scored with Argentina in the international friendly against Brazil.
