Antonio Candreva ItalyInter are set to test Lazio‘s resolve by making a bid for Biancocelesti midfielder Antonio Candreva in the January transfer window.

Nerazzurri coach Roberto Mancini is looking to add a quality attacking midfielder to his squad with his side struggling to create and score goals this campaign despite sitting second in the table.

According to Tuttosport, Lazio president Claudio Lotito values the former Ternana midfielder at €20 million, and would be reluctant to let the Italy international go in the winter transfer window.

But with the Aquile struggling in defence this season, the Milan giants could offer Andrea Ranocchia and €10m to try to persuade the Roman club to part with one of their star assets.

The 28-year-old has made 129 appearances for the Biancocelesti in Serie A, scoring 31 goals since joining from Udinese initially on-loan in 2011.
