Inter have identified Genoa starlet Rolando Mandragora as a possible transfer target.

The 18-year-old, who is a regular part of Italy Under-21 squad, made his debut for the Grifone last season against Juventus and was sent out on loan to Pescara during the summer transfer window. An attacking central midfielder by trade, Mandragora can operate in the deeper midfield areas too.

According to CalcioMercato.com, the Nerazzurri are monitoring the Genoa starlet and are closest to signing the player, as other Italian clubs such as Roma, AC Milan and Juventus keep tabs on the youngster. English Premier League clubs Chelsea and West Ham United are also looking to acquire his services.

Mandragora’s price tag is said to be in the region of €10 million and it has been reported that Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio is eager to strike a deal next summer.
