Inter are believed to be weighing up a move for Real Sociedad forward Carlos Vela.

Roberto Mancini’s side have found goals hard to come by this season with just 16 scored in 13 games and last season’s top scorer Mauro Icardi, has also been off-colour with just four goals in 11 league starts.

According to Spanish newspaper AS, the Nerazzurri will have to pay at least €15 million for the Mexican international, who can also play on either wing.

However, the Biscione will face competition from MLS side Colorado Rapids, who are seeking to bring Vela stateside.

In fact, MLS has proved to be a popular route for other Mexican internationals with the former Barcelona and Tottenham Hotspur player Giovani Dos Santos, plying his trade at LA Galaxy.

This season Vela has two goals in 11 appearances this season for the struggling Real Sociedad who sacked coach David Moyes.
