Ljajic InterInter loanee Adem Ljajic has indicated his intentions to stay at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza beyond the end of the season following his season-long loan from Roma.

The attacking midfielder has spoken of his desire to stay beyond 2016 while acknowledging the significance of coach Roberto Mancini in getting the most out of his own abilities.

“Thanks to him I have improved and I can give more to the team”, the Serbian international told Tuttosport.

“He talks to everyone, infuses positivity into the players and knows how to motivate us.

“He has also proven that he will give everyone a chance.”

Nearing the midway point of his season-long loan from the Giallorossi, Ljajic also touched on his future with the Beneamata reserving the option to purchase the 24-year-old for €11 million.

“I would like Inter to take the option to keep me, but my concern is that I want the opportunity to play,” he continued.

“At the end of the season we will talk about everything.”

After a slow start to the season, Ljajic has started to enjoy more minutes for the Nerazzurri in recent weeks and provided two assists in their 4-0 round 13 victory over Frosinone.
