paul pogba juventus veronaEnglish Premier League side Manchester United have joined Chelsea in the race to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, but the Frenchman will not leave the club until at least next season.

During the recent summer transfer window, the 22-year-old was heavily linked with a move to the Stamford Bridge side and it was even rumoured after deadline day that he rejected an offer to join the Blues, but that hasn’t stopped them in their chase to get his signature.

New reports, published in the Daily Star, suggest that Jose Mourinho and the rest of the London club’s management are back in the hunt for Pogba’s services but are now joined by Manchester United, who are interested in bringing him back to Old Trafford.

He spent time with the Red Devils before moving to Italy in 2012 after being part of their youth academy, and has been linked with a move back since joining the Bianconeri.

The two English sides will have to wait though, as it is further reported that the player’s agent, Mino Raiola, has stated there is no wish for him to leave the Juventus Stadium in January.
