Inter midfielder Felipe Melo has said his side will do everything they can to win the Scudetto this season.
The Nerazzurri find themselves top of Serie A after 13 games with 30 points, two points ahead Napoli and Fiorentina. However, Roberto Mancini’s team face the Neapolitans this weekend and if they lose would cede top spot to the Partenopei.
“We’ll give 110 per cent to win the Scudetto.” said Melo to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“We don’t fear anyone, but we must be careful against Napoli.
“If we win against Napoli it will be very important because not many people got to the Stadio San Paolo and win.”
The Brazilian was also asked if he had the chance to play under Jose Mourinho when he coached Inter.
“There were some talks, but we made other choices. But it was destiny that in the end I had to come here.”
