Ravel MorrisonLazio midfielder Ravel Morrison is on the verge of quitting the Aquile just months after joining the club.

The future of the troublesome midfielder has long been in doubt ever since his arrival in Italy, with claims that the Englishman refused to learn the language and that his relationship with coach Stefano Pioli has hit a bad turn.

It now seems that his turbulent run at the Biancocelesti is finally coming to an end and that the former West Ham United man has now returned to England ‘for personal reasons’.

Morrison is reported to have left the club’s training ground in Formello, following Pioli’s decision to exclude the 22-year-old from the side’s Europa League fixture against Dnipro.

The England under 21 international is set to leave the capital club for good come January, with several English sides said to be interested.

The attacking midfield started training with Lazio at the start of the year before making his move official in June, though has failed to make a significant impact having only played 135 minutes this season.
