Fiorentina coach Paulo Sousa won’t play forward Giuseppe Rossi on a consistent basis until the Italian finds balance.
Rossi has featured in 10 games throughout all competitions this season for La Viola, though has failed to secure a regular place in Sousa’s starting XI since his return from injury, with the Portuguese tactician reluctant to rely on his forward from the get go until he improves.
“I don’t like to repeat myself all the time,” Sousa told journalists at his press conference ahead of his side’s clash against Sassuolo.
“Rossi is a guy who deserves a lot after everything he’s been through.
“We’re working on it [his return to the starting line up.]
“He’s ready to play from a physical point of view, but he needs balance.
“Like everyone else his mood can change but it’s normal, it happens to everyone in everyday life.”
