Arsenal are reportedly eager to sign Inter’s Marcelo Brozovic in the January transfer window.
The Croatian midfielder was linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium before joining the Nerazzurri on loan from Dinamo Zagreb over the summer.
According to The Metro, Inter are ready to sign the 23-year-old on a permanent basis for just under €11 million before Arsenal swoop in to buy him for a profit.
The Milan club would aim to receive €20m for the player although they could likely be persuaded to let him go for €16m.
Chelsea have also been linked with Brozovic who scored for the Biscione during their routine Coppa Italia win over Cagliari and coach Roberto Mancini tipped him for a great future.
The Croatia international has made six Serie A starts and five substitute appearances for Inter, scoring two goals for the leaders.
