Bologna are reportedly closing in on Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia ahead of the January transfer window.
The 27-year-old, whose current contract with the Nerazzurri is set to expire in June 2019, hasn’t been a top choice in coach Roberto Mancini’s squad this season and it looks like he could be on his way over to the Rossoblu in the coming weeks depending on his personal plans for the future.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter and Bologna have apparently already agreed on terms for the Italy international’s transfer and are only waiting for the defender to agree to the move.
Recent reports have also suggested that both Liverpool and Sevilla are interested in landing the centre-back, though the Felsinei are seen as the favourites.
Ranocchia has made 10 Serie A appearances this term thus far.
