mihajlovic-ferreroSampdoria president accused AC Milan of ruining the former Blucerchiati coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.

Samp are set to host the Rossoneri in the Coppa Italia with a place in the quarter-finals at stake.

“I will always appreciate Sinisa, as a man and as a coach,” said Ferrero to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“You can say anything you like about him, other than that he is not a hard worker or an honest person.

“However, on the pitch it is not the head that triumphs but sweat, legs and the head so may the best team win.

“I’ve noted with surprise that four months with Milan has already ruined his confidence.

“I read that he wants to play his strongest side against us whereas when he was here he’d give the peripheral players a game in the Coppa Italia to keep the group united.

“We are obviously wary of them but what a change that is!”
