AC Milan face competition from Arsenal for French youngster

kozielloAC Milan are set to face competition from Arsenal for the acquisition of Nice youngster Vincent Koziello.

The 20-year-old Frenchman, who primarily operates as an attacking midfielder but can also play from the right, has made as many as 21 appearances for Nice this season, scoring thrice and assisting just as many times. .

According to the Daily Express, Italian giants Milan and Arsenal are set to battle it out for the signature of the youngster.

It is thought said that Arsene Wenger is keen on signing the youngster and the Gunners are in pole position to land him.

Koziello is a graduate of Nice’s youth academy and made his first-team debut for the French club a year ago against Lyon. Despite being of a young age, Koziello has drawn comparisons to Barcelona legend Xavi.
