These moves are only likely to happen if a big-money sale is done first first, with the Old lady licking their lips at the possible €100 million sale of star midfielder Paul Pogba. Many top clubs in Europe have expressed an interest in the Frenchman’s signature, most notably Barcelona, Manchester City and PSG.

According to Tuttosport, the Bianconeri would try to bring former Napoli man Cavani back to Italy if Real Madrid activate their buy-back clause for striker Alvaro Morata, which is set at €30 million.

Should Pogba leave in the summer then Juve would look to sign Chelsea star Oscar as his replacement.

Meanwhile, the Serie A champions are also evaluating other options in midfield, including Ilkay Gundogan from Borussia Dortmund, Valencia’s Andre Gomes and Bernardo Silva from Monaco.

As for the defence, the club are currently searching for a successor to Martin Caceres, who will be leaving on a free in the summer.

The main objective for the defence is reportedly long-term target Sime Vrsaljko, who currently plays for Sassuolo.
