Roma president James Palotta has praised his side’s work ethic under new coach Luciano Spalletti.
The Giallorossi have recorded successive victories under the 56-year-old and welcome Sampdoria to the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday evening looking to bridge the gap between themselves and fourth-placed Inter.
“The work Spalletti has done at Trigoria over the last three weeks I have never seen done when I’m president,” beamed Palotta after his side’s 2-0 success over Sassuolo at the Mapei Stadium on Tuesday evening.
“With the support of the staff that studies the data and our investments in the development of this club, we will help Luciano with all the tools and all the assistance he wants.
“I was pleased to know that Spalletti cooperates with the rest of the staff.
“There is a climate of collaboration.”
