Keita Virtus EntellaVirtus Entella defender Cheick Keita seems poised to make the step up to Serie A next season, with Juventus and Roma both showing interest.

The 19-year-old has impressed with the Serie B outfit and has developed a reputation of being a mature and confident player, as demonstrated throughout the season with the Diavoli Neri.

According to Le10Sport, Juventus and Roma are not the only clubs interested in the teenager, as Ligue 1 sides Saint-Etienne, Monaco and Nantes are also considering placing a bid for the Parisian.

The two Serie A sides are interested in adding depth within their ranks at the left-back position, as the Giallorossi could lose Lucas Digne in the summer with his loan contract set to expire.

The Bianconeri, meanwhile, are faced with the fact that Patrice Evra is now 34 years old and sporting director Giuseppe Marotta is known to be a careful planner.

Keita has managed to collect 26 Serie B appearances with Virtus Entella this season, scoring one goal.
