Juventus striker Paulo Dybala.

Dybala has graced the peninsula ever since his move from Instituto to Palermo back in 2012, scoring a very respectable 35 goals in the seasons since. With that experience considered, he feels as though he is in a good position to assess the difficulty of Serie A.

“Italian football isn’t the most beautiful that there is,” he admitted to Corriere della Sera.

“But, it is the most difficult league to play in because it is so tactical.”

Barcelona icon Lionel Messi has been likened to Dybala in the past due to similarities in their playing styles, and the youngster seemingly confirmed that he built his game with fellow Argentine Messi in mind.

“Messi is my idol,” he said.

“He does things that nobody else can do. Since Ronaldinho doesn’t play any more, if I could bring anyone to Juventus it would be Messi.”

Dybala also talked injuries during his interview with the newspaper, suggesting that he’ll be ready to feature against former love Palermo this coming weekend.

“I’m ready to return to the pitch against Palermo,” he insisted.

“Yesterday I returned to training with the team, I was at 100 per cent and had no problems.”
