ibrahimovic verrattiParis Saint-Germain forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic could yet be close to a move to China.

The Swedish icon is still regarded as one of the world’s finest players, but a move to China has become a legitimate possibility due to the financial strength of the country’s top division.

According to Le10Sport, Ibrahimovic would consider a move to Asia if he was offered a yearly salary beyond the €70 million that he reportedly turned down in March.

Given that the state would be footing the bill, it is likely that an even more lucrative offer will be made in the near future.

This would be bad news for AC Milan, who are reported to be interested in bringing their former talisman back to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

Ibrahimovic has enjoyed a spectacular stint in Paris since joining the French champions from Milan in the summer of 2012.

The 34-year-old has scored 42 goals and provided 18 assists in 46 appearances across all competitions this season.
