Mourinho targets Napoli star as his first Manchester United signing

Higuain NapoliAs the rumours regarding Jose Mourinho and Manchester United continue to linger, it has now been revealed that the Portuguese tactician wants Napoli‘s Gonzalo Higuain to be his first signing for the club, should he actually take over from current boss, Louis van Gaal.

It has been reported that the former Chelsea manager has personally confided with close companions in regards to his future, claiming that he will take the United reins in the summer.

This has been confirmed that The Sunday People, who have also reported that Mourinho is desperate to sign Higuain upon his impending Manchester arrival.

Furthermore, they have added that the Red Devils could be willing to pay an estimated €87 million for the in-demand striker’s services.

So far this season, the former Real Madrid man has scored an incredible 30 league goals in just 31 Serie A appearances, although he is yet to sign a contract renewal with the Partenopei, perhaps hinting that he is ready for a Stadio San Paolo exit.
